目的基于中医传承辅助平台,确定治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎方剂中各种中药的应用频次和药物之间的关联规则,总结用药经验。方法使用医院HIS系统收集治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的病历,筛选并建立方剂数据库,使用中医传承辅助平台软件分析其组方规律。结果对数据库慢性萎缩性胃炎200条方剂进行了分析,用药频次前3位的中药分别是茯苓、白芍、香附,出现频率最高的药对是白芍-茯苓,挖掘出核心组合14个,新处方7个。结论慢性萎缩性胃炎方剂组方以益气健脾、疏肝、行气为主,挖掘出的处方可为临床治疗提供参考。
Abstract：Objective To determine the frequency of Chinese medicinal herbs and association among herbs for chronic atrophic gastritis and summarize herbal administration experience,based on the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) inheritance platform.Methods The Hospital Information System (HIS) of our hospital was used to collect medical records for chronic atrophic gastritis,the prescription database was retrieved,and the prescriptions were analyzed with the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform software.Results Totally 200 prescriptions for chronic atrophic gastritis in the database were analyzed.The top 3 traditional Chinese medicines in the prescriptions included Poria cocos Wolf,Radix Paeoniae Alba and Cyperus rotundus,and the core drug pairs were Radix Paeoniae Alba and Poria cocos Wolf with the highest frequency.Totally 14 core combinations and 7 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion The prescriptions for chronic atrophic gastritis mainly focus on nourishing qi to invigorate spleen,soothing the liver and promoting qi.
